FitNation Group Exercise
A variety of gentle exercises, including balance work and light stretching, will get your body moving and heart pumping. Light weights may be included. This is a great class for active aging members, people just starting out, or anyone with joint pain or injury that require non impact exercises. Chairs will be available for support if needed.
