Simple cardio combinations will be taught with intervals of strength training (weights, tubes, pump bars, etc.) in between.  Printable drop-in schedules

Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, printable drop-in schedules are not available at this time. Drop-in activities will be listed by category on the calendar above and are subject to change as Restore Illinois Phases are reached and amenities are opened. All drop-in and daily fitness center participants who are high school age or older are required to present a valid photo ID and sign in prior to using the facilities.
