A choreographed strength and conditioning classes that uses high repetition with lower weights. Fun and inspiring music is used to motivate participants through 10 powerful tracks. (Please note, express classes will complete less than 10 tracks.)
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing and meditation are also integrated. Emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Ease those tired and sore muscles with this 30 minute class. Targeting hard to reach areas, the roller is used to reduce soreness, improve range of motion, aid in tissue recovery and muscle relaxation.

This 45 minute class will focus on a high intensity indoor cycle ride to increase your heart rate and burn fat in a shorter amount of time. All levels are welcome and modifications for a lower intensity will be given.

A class consisting of multi-muscular, functional strength and balance exercises using a variety of equipment and your own body resistance to build strength and to shape and tone the total body.
