This fiercely energetic cardio program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai, supported by powerful music.

This 30 minute class strengthens and stabilizes all the muscles of the core: rectus abdominis, low back extensors, pelvic floor, obliques, hip flexors, and the gluteal muscles. Different equipment will be utilized to help with the transfer of forces and power between the lower and upper body for a strong and lean midsection!

An awesome indoor cycling class that provides fun and a challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Due to limited space, this class is available to 23 members on a first come, first serve basis.

Hydro classes use the water's resistance for an aerobic, strengthening and ROM workout. The water allows for less joint impact and an increase in hydrostatic pressure. A great option for active aging members or members returning back to fitness after an injury.

This class is a heart pumping, muscle flexing, challenging workout. Simple cardio combinations will be taught with intervals of strength training (weights, tubes, pump bars, etc.) in between.

Ease those tired and sore muscles with this 30 minute class. Targeting hard to reach areas, the roller is used to reduce soreness, improve range of motion, aid in tissue recovery and muscle relaxation.

This 45 minute class will focus on a high intensity indoor cycle ride to increase your heart rate and burn fat in a shorter amount of time. All levels are welcome and modifications for a lower intensity will be given.
