Using a variety of equipment, this 30 minute strength class will define and sculpt your muscles. Each week will focus on a different muscle group.

Hydro classes use the water's resistance for an aerobic, strengthening and ROM workout. The water allows for less joint impact and an increase in hydrostatic pressure. A great option for active aging members or members returning back to fitness after an injury.
A choreographed strength and conditioning classes that uses high repetition with lower weights. Fun and inspiring music is used to motivate participants through 10 powerful tracks. (Please note, express classes will complete less than 10 tracks.)
