This fiercely energetic cardio program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai, supported by powerful music.
The FitNation indoor pool and hot tub will be closed for annual maintenance beginning Sunday, August 24 - Monday, September 1. The pool and hot tub will reopen on Tuesday, September 2. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to make FitNation the best of the best!

A choreographed strength and conditioning classes that uses high repetition with lower weights. Fun and inspiring music is used to motivate participants through 10 powerful tracks. (Please note, express classes will complete less than 10 tracks.)
Compelling cardio fitness that shapes and tones the legs, improves coordination, bone density, posture and agility with easy to follow choreographed combinations using an adjustable step platform.
An awesome indoor cycling class that provides fun and a challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Due to limited space, this class is available to 23 members on a first come, first serve basis.
A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility, strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

An intense HIIT cardio workout with 4 minute sets of work consisting of 8 20 sec rounds per set w/ a 10 sec rest. Please note: Due to scheduled flooring maintenance at our Nations Drive location, this class will take place in the gymnasium at FitNation on Hunt Club Road (920 N. Hunt Club Road).
Hydro classes use the water's resistance for an aerobic, strengthening and ROM workout. The water allows for less joint impact and an increase in hydrostatic pressure. A great option for active aging members or members returning back to fitness after an injury.
