An intense HIIT cardio workout with 4 minute sets of work consisting of 8 20 sec rounds per set w/ a 10 sec rest.
Core & More: 30 or 45 minutes of Core Blast training combined with multi muscular strength moves.
Hydro classes use the water's resistance for an aerobic, strengthening and ROM workout. The water allows for less joint impact and an increase in hydrostatic pressure. A great option for active aging members or members returning back to fitness after an injury.
This fiercely energetic cardio program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai, supported by powerful music.
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing and meditation are also integrated. Emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. A choreographed strength and conditioning classes that uses high repetition with lower weights. Fun and inspiring music is used to motivate participants through 10 powerful tracks. (Please note, express classes will complete less than 10 tracks.)
