Kids will celebrate the joy of sports with exciting games, hands-on crafts, and playful competition. Please bring a sack lunch, water bottle, and dress for the weather (some activities may be held outside, weather permitting). Save your spot!
This 30 minute powerhouse class will work to strengthen the core and define the back side. Using a variety of equipment you will work both the front and back.

This class is designed for anyone with wrist, knee, or shoulder issues who still want the benefits of yoga. A chair will be provided. This class will help improve balance and flexibility and give you a great stretch without having to get up and down on the mat.
