An intense HIIT cardio workout with 4 minute sets of work consisting of 8 20 sec rounds per set w/ a 10 sec rest. Please note: Due to scheduled flooring maintenance at our Nations Drive location, this class will take place in the gymnasium at FitNation on Hunt Club Road (920 N. Hunt Club Road).
Hydro classes use the water's resistance for an aerobic, strengthening and ROM workout. The water allows for less joint impact and an increase in hydrostatic pressure. A great option for active aging members or members returning back to fitness after an injury.
This fiercely energetic cardio program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai, supported by powerful music. Cycle Fusion - A combination of power intervals on the bike with easy to follow strength exercises off the bike. This program promotes cardiovascular health along with strength, endurance and flexibility. Finish the class with some core exercises for a total body blast.
