Hydro-Fit – This class uses water’s resistance for an aerobic, strengthening and ROM workout. The water allows for less joint impact and an increase in hydrostatic pressure.
Classes are available to 30 members on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note that group exercise protocols are subject to change based on overall experience and demand.
