Have you always wanted to learn how to make a salami rose? Now is your chance! An instructor from “Babs Boards” will teach participants techniques to make a salami rose and other tricks to design the perfect Charcuterie Board! All supplies and guidance needed for each participant to make an individual charcuterie board to bring home to share with family and friends are included in this hands-on interactive class.
About Babs Boards: After a successful 25-year corporate career, Babs followed her lifelong passion for entertaining and founded Babs Boards in 2021. Her expertise in charcuterie and hospitality quickly earned her recognition as a go-to entertaining expert. She has taught over 150 Charcuterie & Girls Who Grill classes, designed stunning custom grazing tables for a variety of events, and mentored aspiring culinary talents. Her career highlights include appearances on WGN, Fox, and CBS, as well as leading a charcuterie class at the iconic Wrigley Field. In 2025, Babs expanded her offerings with the launch of Babs Entertains, where she continues to inspire and teach others how to host unforgettable gatherings in their own homes.
