This 30 minute class strengthens and stabilizes all the muscles of the core: rectus abdominis, low back extensors, pelvic floor, obliques, hip flexors, and the gluteal muscles. Different equipment will be utilized to help with the transfer of forces and power between the lower and upper body for a strong and lean midsection!
Please note: Due to scheduled flooring maintenance at our Nations Drive location, this class will take place in the gymnasium at FitNation on Hunt Club Road (920 N. Hunt Club Road).
