Release stress, reset your nervous system, and feel restored! Each guided meditation session utilizes sound healing techniques and instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, wave drums and gongs. These sessions are designed to create a calming environment that promotes emotional balance, mindfulness, and stress relief. Each session will include an introductory segment, the sound bath experience, and a brief reflection or Q&A.
