Each guided meditation session utilizes sound healing techniques and instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, wave drums and gongs. These sessions are designed to create a calming environment that promotes emotional balance, mindfulness, and stress relief. Each session will include an introductory segment, the sound bath experience, and a brief reflection or Q&A.
