The Gurnee Park District is governed by five elected commissioners who set the general policies of the District.
Board Meetings YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Board of Commissioners of the GURNEE PARK DISTRICT has established a schedule for the Regular Meetings of the Board of Park Commissioners of said District to be held during the fiscal year 2013/2014, commencing May 1, 2013. The Regular Meetings will be held at the Viking Park Community Center, Viking Park, 4374 Old Grand Avenue, Gurnee, Illinois at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates: May 21, 2013

This schedule is subject to such changes as the Board of Commissioners of the Gurnee Park District shall determine and law shall allow, notice of such changes shall be given as required by law. All such meetings shall be open to the public, except those meetings, or portions of meetings which the Board of Commissioners of the Gurnee Park District shall determine to be held in private and which the law shall allow to be held in private.
