FitNation Group Exercise
Pilates MAT - Pilates or Physical Mind method, is a series of nonimpact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance, core strength and inner awareness. Classes are available to 25 members on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that group exercise protocols are subject to change based on overall experience and demand. ALL classes are limited to 25 people on a first come, first serve basis.
