FitNation Open Swim
Hydro-Fit - This class uses aerobic/strength and includes stretching and lifting exercises in the water. Water exercise is a gentle way to exercise joints and muscles while the water acts as resistance to help build strength.
Classes are available to 25 members on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note that group exercise protocols are subject to change based on overall experience and demand.
- Masks / face coverings are not required while using the pool
- ALL classes are limited to 25 people on a first come, first serve basis
