Alcohol
Outside alcohol is not permitted anywhere in the park. Guests purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages must present a valid government-issued photo ID and are required to wear an age verification wristband. Purchased alcohol must be consumed within designated festival boundaries.
Bag Policy
All bags, backpacks, and other carried items are subject to inspection upon entry. We appreciate your cooperation in helping provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Weather Policy
The festival is held rain or shine; however, activities may be delayed, suspended, or canceled if severe weather creates unsafe conditions. Inclement weather updates will be shared on-site and through Gurnee Park District’s Perry Weather Lightning Warning System and Rainout Line.
Prohibited Items
To help ensure a safe and family-friendly environment, prohibited items include outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons of any kind, fireworks, and other items deemed unsafe by festival staff or law enforcement.
Drone Use
For the safety and privacy of all attendees, personal or recreational drone use is prohibited anywhere over or within the festival grounds. Only authorized drones operated by the Gurnee Police Department for public safety purposes are permitted.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the festival but must remain on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the playgrounds. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disrupt festival activities or other guests.
