Do you have to make all Monday weigh-ins to be qualified to win? Or is it ok if one is missed for previous obligation?

Hi, thank you for your inquiry! You do not have to make all the weigh-ins. Really, you just have to weigh in twice. Once in the beginning, and once at the end. Some people to weigh in weekly to track their progress, other's don't. It's what you prefer.
