Easy Vacation Work Out!

Going on vacation? Celebrating 4th of July? Summer is full of fun! This quick circuit workout will take 10 to 30 minutes. Don't cheat yourself, get it done! 

Exercising while on vacation, or before that BBQ will enhance your day, give you more energy, build confidence and burn extra calories!

Additionally, you can exercise anywhere! If you are on vacation, getting in a little workout is not a bad idea! All you need is a plan so all you have to do is execute!
You can do this work out anywhere, all you need is your body. It is also super easy to adjust and fit to any time constraints.

Set a timer for 10, 20 or 30 minutes and do as many rounds as possible! Count your rounds and work to beat them next time!

Lets go!

10 push ups
20 jumping jacks
10 squats
20 mountain climbers
10 lunges
20 high knees

Don't forget to stay hydrated and save time to stretch post workout!!
