Karl Nettgen: NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, CPT Certified Personal Trainer 

Training Specialty: 
Pain Management, Range of Motion and Functional Fitness Training 

Karl comes to FitNation with 5 years of experience. Training at Prairie Ridge High School, Illinois Magic, Lifezone360, Xsport and Anytime Fitness. With passion and purpose, Karl looks forward to to helping clients with pain management, range of motion and functional fitness training. Clients will learn how a solid, health and wellness foundation can counteract a lot of common issues. Karl found his passion for training as a coach and athlete, competing in basketball, football and volleyball. When training, Karl looks to share these experiences as well as utilize outside resources such as professional athletes, physical therapists and professional trainers to develop individual training programs based on client goals and aspirations. 

Karl is currently a student with Grand Canyon University, studying to complete a BS in Health Sciences. He has summited 5 out of 58 fourteen thousand foot mountains in the Rocky Mountain range and has a goal to get all 58 before the age of 58. Karl's biggest life staples include church, family, sports and the outdoors.  You can also find Karl on our fitness floor as a fitness attendant, so do not hesiate to introduce yourself.
