FITNATION PERSONAL TRAINERS

As a new member or new to personal training, your first three, 30 minute sessions are $59.

Our nationally certified personal trainers will help develop a detailed program based on individual goals.

SPECIALIZED GROUP TRAINING

FitKids Classes

Senior Fit

Each class includes a warm-up, stretching, strength exercises, some cardio and a cool down to help relieve the muscles. Participation is for anyone looking for a great new workout in their senior years. Modifications can be made for every exercise throughout the class.
