Each guided meditation session utilizes sound healing techniques and instruments such as singing bowls\, tuning forks\, chimes\, wave drums and gongs. These sessions are designed to create a calming environment that promotes emotional balance\, mindfulness\, and stress relief. SUMMARY:School's Out Kids Club - Around the World Adventure
DESCRIPTION:Travel the world in just one day! Discover different countries\, explore new cultures\, learn fun words from other languages\, and try creative activities from around the globe. Feel free to dress in clothing that represents where you are from or a place you love! \nThe program time is 6:30a-6:00p. Children can be dropped off as early as 6:30a and picked up by 6:00p. Themed activities will take place between 9:00a-3:00pm. Please bring a sack lunch\, water bottle\, and dress for the weather (some activities may be held outside\, weather permitting). \nThis is a non-school day for District 50 students.
