DESCRIPTION:“Every time a bell rings…” it might just be your cue to audition! We’re excited to invite both youth and adult performers (ages 5+) to audition for our upcoming production of “It’s a Wonderful Life”\, a radio play adaptation of the movie classic. \nThis heartwarming\, family-friendly production is a great way to get involved\, connect with others\, and be part of a welcoming\, creative experience. Whether you’re brand new or have been on stage before\, we’d love to see you at auditions!\nNOTE: auditions are walk-in; no pre-registration is required. For any questions\, please email Cultural Arts Supervisor\, Amanda Kochenash\, here! \n\nAudition date:\n\nMonday\, September 28\n\n6:00-8:00pm\nViking Park Dance Hall\nPlease note: Actors are welcome and encouraged to bring a prepared\, family-friendly monologue to perform that best showcases their talent\n\nThis is not mandatory as cuttings from the show will be available at auditions to perform as well\nMonologue General Guidelines:\n\nKids (ages 5-12): ~ 30 seconds – 1 minute\nTeens/Adults (ages 13+): max 2 minutes\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Call Backs:\n\nThursday\, October 1\n\n6:00-8:00pm\nViking Park Dance Hall\nPlease note: Actors called back should be available for the entire timeframe for group work\, pairings\, etc.\n\n\n\n\n Rehearsals:\n\nMondays & Thursdays (6:00-8:00pm)\n\nOctober 5 – December 3\n\nViking Park Dance Hall\nPlease note: all dress rehearsals and shows will be mandatory for all cast\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  Dress Rehearsal Week:\n\nMonday – Thursday (6:00-8:00pm)\n\nDecember 7 – December 10\nViking Park Dance Hall\n\n\n\n\nShows:\n\nFriday\, December 11 & Saturday\, December 12 (7:00pm) | Sunday\, December 13 (2:00pm)\n\nPlease note: Call time at least 1 hour prior for all shows

DESCRIPTION:Join the GO Gurnee Walking Club at Ray Lake Forest Preserve (23275 W Erhart Rd)! \nView map location here! \nDirections/Walk Details: This is a 2.3-mile loop circling a lake. Crushed rock path and mostly flat. It is near Route 60 & Freemont Center Road (think the Target in Mundelein). GPS will be helpful but here are rough directions from Gurnee. Take Route 45 South to Peterson Road. Right on Peterson all the way to the end. Left on Route 60. Quick right on Freemont Center Road. Quick right on Erhart Road then look for the forest preserve about a mile down the road on the left. The entrance is marked by a giant Black Angus cow. Pets allowed.
