Decorate your bike\, scooter\, wagon\, wheelchair\, or other non-motorized wheeled device at our decorating party\, then join the colorful stroll to Viking Park. This free event is open to all ages\, and helmets are strongly encouraged for all participants. Parents/guardians must remain with their children throughout the event.
