Proper athletic attire must be worn\n8. Bottled water is the only food/beverage permitted\n9. Foul or abusive language or physical confrontation will result in immediate expulsion from the facility\n10. No person or team can own a specific pickleball court\n11. If only one pickleball court is available\, side courts might be required based on age\, skill level and the number of participants\n12. SUMMARY:Labor Day Yoga with Maggie
DESCRIPTION:In this class\, postures are practiced to align\, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing and meditation are also integrated. Emphasis on simplicity\, repetition\, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals\, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures\, twists\, forward folds\, and hip openers. Unless otherwise speci-fied\, yoga classes will follow Hatha format. Vinyasa- Smooth transitions from pose to pose.  The body moves in sync with the breath. Gentle and Yin Yoga:  Slower  paced and more meditation held for 3-5 minutes.  Please bring a Yoga mat with you to class.
