    BODYPUMP - A choreographed strength and conditioning classes that uses high repetition with weighted barbells and inspiring music to motivate participants through 10 music tracks.   • Functional Fitness
    10:15 AM - 11:05 AM 
    Hunt Club Group Exercise
    Functional Fitness - This strength training, balance, coordination and plyometric class is designed to work your body in different planes of motion and teach you to use your body more effectively and safely. *Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership or drop-in for $12 a day.
  • F.I.T.
    5:15 PM - 6:05 PM 
    Hunt Club Group Exercise
    F.I.T. (Fast Intense Training) - Athletic drills and kickboxing moves will tone and tighten that area below the belt with some gut-busting, butt-tightening moves. *Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership or drop-in for $12 a day.
  • Zumba
    6:30 PM - 7:30 PM 
    Hunt Club Group Exercise
    ZUMBA - A fun, Latin, cardio dance class that combines all styles of Latin dance/music. *Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership or drop-in for $12 a day.

Drop in schedules

All drop-in and daily fitness center participants who are high school age or older are required to present a valid photo ID and sign in prior to using the facilities.
