FitNation Group Exercise
Triple Threat: Each week you will be challenged with a combination of three different styles of workouts! Ranging from boot camp, kickboxing, tabata, circuit training, strength, rope, and core! This workout will keep you motivated and on your toes, guaranteed! Classes are available to 25 members on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that group exercise protocols are subject to change based on overall experience and demand.
