BodyPump - A choreographed strength and conditioning classes that uses high repetition with weighted barbells and inspiring music to motivate participants through 10 music tracks. (Please note, express classes will complete less than 10 tracks).
- Masks / face coverings are required at all times
- ALL classes are limited to 25 people on a first come, first serve basis

Printable drop-in schedules
Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, printable drop-in schedules are not available at this time. Drop-in activities will be listed by category on the calendar above and are subject to change as Restore Illinois Phases are reached and amenities are opened. All drop-in and daily fitness center participants who are high school age or older are required to present a valid photo ID and sign in prior to using the facilities.
