    CYCLE JOURNEY - A longer, indoor cycle class that provides a challenging and fun cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. *Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership or drop-in for $12 a day.
  • Boot Camp with Dina
    9:00 AM - 10:00 AM 
    FitNation Group Exercise
    BOOT CAMP - This class is a heart pumping, muscle flexing, challenging workout. Simple cardio combinations will be taught with intervals of strength training (weights, tubes, pump bars, etc.) in between. (EXTREME: more plyometrics and harder drills). *Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership or drop-in for $12 a day.
  • Yoga with Petra/Megan
    9:45 AM - 10:45 AM

    YOGA - Work all major and minor muscle groups by repeating a series of poses and flowing them together to develop strength, flexibility, endurance and mindfulness.   • Bodypump with Denise
    5:00 PM - 6:00 PM 
    FitNation Group Exercise
    BODYPUMP - A choreographed strength and conditioning classes that uses high repetition with weighted barbells and inspiring music to motivate participants through 10 music tracks. (Please note, express classes will complete less than 10 tracks.) *Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership or drop-in for $12 a day.

Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, printable drop-in schedules are not available at this time. Drop-in activities will be listed by category on the calendar above and are subject to change as Restore Illinois Phases are reached and amenities are opened. All drop-in and daily fitness center participants who are high school age or older are required to present a valid photo ID and sign in prior to using the facilities.
