SUMMARY:Yoga Strength and Stretch with Rachel
DESCRIPTION:In this class\, postures are practiced to align\, strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing and meditation are also integrated. Emphasis on simplicity\, repetition\, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals\, as we make a full circuit of the bodyâ€™s range of motion with standing postures\, twists\, forward folds\, and hip openers. Unless otherwise speci-fied\, yoga classes will follow Hatha format. Vinyasa- Smooth transitions from pose to pose.  The body moves in sync with the breath. Gentle and Yin Yoga:  Slower  paced and more meditation held for 3-5 minutes.  Please bring a Yoga mat with you to class.
