STRONG & LEAN 30: A 30 minute multi muscular strength class to get your body stronger and more toned in a shorter amount of time! Upper and lower body exercises will be taught together using a variety of different equipment. ie: free weights, exercise bands, stability balls etc….(UBT: Upper Body Toning and Core only)
