FitNation Group Exercise
An incredible fusion of ab chiseling & total body defining moves. This intense, primarily body weight workout, challenges students to develop a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. HIIT-ilates (high intensity intervals ranging from 30-20 seconds of powerful Pilates work followed by short intervals of rest) as well as Tabalates (20 second intervals of Pilates moves followed by 10 seconds of res) will also be incorporated throughout class. Interval styles will accommodate all experience levels. See you on the mat!
