FitNation Group Exercise
WARRIOR SCULPT: A body sculpting combo of power yoga and interval strength training. The 1st half of class consists of multi joint strength moves. The 2nd half will be a yoga butner that incorporates power yoga moves in a traditional way. A total body workout and an ultimate cross training experience!
