FitNation Group Exercise
Core Blast: This 25 minute class strengthens and stabilizes all the muscles of the core: rectus abdominis, low back extensors, pelvic floor, obliques, hip flexors, and the gluteal muscles. Different equipment will be utilized to help with the transfer of forces and power between the lower and upper body for a strong and lean midsection! Classes are available to 25 members on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that group exercise protocols are subject to change based on overall experience and demand.
