FitNation Group Exercise
Hydro-Fit - This class uses aerobic/strength and includes stretching and lifting exercises in the water. Water exercise is a gentle way to exercise joints and muscles while the water acts as resistance to help build strength.Please note that group exercise protocols are subject to change based on overall experience and demand. All classes are available on a first come, first served basis. Masks / face coverings are required when entering and exiting the pool area. *Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership for an additional $12 per month.
