FitNation Group Exercise
Each week you will be challenged with a combination of three different styles of workouts! Ranging from boot camp, kickboxing, tabata, circuit training, strength, rope, and core! This workout will keep you motivated and on your toes, guaranteed!
*Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership for an additional $12 per month.
Classes are available to 9 members on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note that group exercise protocols are subject to change based on overall experience and demand.
- Masks / face coverings are required at all times
- ALL classes are limited to 9 people on a first come, first serve basis
- Billing for Group Ex will not start until February 1.
