FitNation Group Exercise
Tabata Training - A high intensity class designed as follows: 20 seconds of high intensity cardio training followed by 10 seconds of rest. Each round is four minutes long with the class consisting of around 6-8 sessions. TABATA/CORE INTERVAL: Adds intervals of abdominal, back and glut strength exercises. *Add Group Exercise to your FitNation membership or drop-in for $12 a day.
