Gages Lake Pool Rental Application

Gages Lake Indoor Pool is available for private pool rentals! A private pool rental is great for birthday parties, family events, girl scout/boy scout events, and specialized training for sports organizations. The fee includes exclusive use of the pool for your group during the times listed below, Water Basketball, Pool Pong, Wetball, and Pool Golf, along with adequate supervision of lifeguards during your event. (Space is strictly limited to the pool area and additional space is not available for things such as eating cake or opening presents – if planning a Birthday Party it is recommended to do these activities off-site). Parties are available for groups of up to 50 people. All pool rules must be observed during your activity.

Availability

Private parties are available on Fridays from 2:15pm-4:15pm and Saturdays from 5:00pm-7:00pm or 7:00pm-9:00pm.

Reservations

Reservations are taken daily.  To apply, please complete an application and return it to the Gurnee Park District in person with the reservation deposit of $50 toward the package fee and proof of residency. Reservations will not be taken over the phone. All applications are submitted first come, first served. Submitting an application does not guarantee confirmation of a rental. Rentals will be confirmed within 2 - 3 business days. Applications are available online and at both community centers.

Our outdoor Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center is closed for the season!

Start planning your summer 2012 parties!  We will began taking resident applications in January.  Residents can lock in a party date at the Reservation Event and receive 2011 rental prices!  Nonresidents may begin booking during normal business hours on March 1, 2012.

Private Aquatic Center Rental Application

Availability

Private parties are available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 8:15p-9:45p from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

Reservations

Residents may begin reserving the first Saturday of January and Nonresident reservations begin March 1 annually. To apply, please complete an application and return it to the Gurnee Park District in person with the reservation deposit of $75 toward the rental fee and proof of residency. Reservations will not be taken over the phone. All applications are submitted first come, first served. Submitting an application does not guarantee confirmation of a rental. Rentals will be confirmed within 48-72 hours on business days only. Applications are available online and at both community centers.

Visit our Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center for a tour during business hours of 12:00p-8:00p daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Rental for Groups of 15-40

Group Aquatic Center Application

Groups of 15-40 may use the facility during normal business hours at a slightly discounted rate. On the day of the event, if 15 are not present in your group you may still receive the group rate, but you must pay for 15. Children under 3 are free.

Availability

Groups may use the Aquatic Center daily from 12:00p-8:00p during the season of Memorial Day through Labor Day. Group reservations do not apply to school or camp groups.

Reservations

Residents may begin reserving the first Saturday of January and Nonresident reservations begin March 1 annually.
