On August 18 the Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center will begin its schedule of reduced hours and will be open from 4-8pm on weekdays. The outside sprayground will be open, weather permitting, during this time from 11am-8pm.  The pool will be open for regular hours on the weekends and Labor Day from Noon-8pm and passholders may enter at 11am.

In response to recent reports from the Daily Herald as well as ABC 7 News, we would like to assure our patrons that Gurnee Park District’s Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center is 100% compliant with all current requirements under the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGB) of 2008. The District has invested approximately $40,000 in making the modifications to meet VGB requirements, the plans for which are approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
